1)marsasurf.com is a ‘paid to surf’ website.You earn daily 50% of your member level by viewing other members websites, and 3% referring new members. To earn money you must view a minimum of 20 sites a day; this process can take approximately 10 minutes using our website.
2)Money paid to marsasurf.com is a membership fee, it is not an ‘investment’ or ‘deposit’. Membership fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Any attempt to reverse or chargeback fees you have paid will be grounds for deletion of your account.
3) There is no guarantee that you will make money. While we believe that our system will make money for those who actively participate, it is possible that you will not make any money under certain circumstances. The earning rate and referral rates may change from time to time. The money we pay out is earned from sales of memberships, site and email advertising, additional traffic credits, and other revenue producing activities we may undertake. Therefore, it is important to refer new members and actively participate in marsasurf.com.
4) We pay on or about the 15th day of each month. Payouts are subject to the following conditions.
Free members must upgrade in order to ask payout.
Upgraded members need only to have earned at least $10.00, but the payout amount must still be at least 50% of their member level. Any unpaid amounts due will be included in your earnings for payout next month. Payouts will be made exclusively through e-gold, no other method of payout is available.
5 ) You will receive 3% of your referrals upgrade payments. In order to receive these you must be an upgraded member with a member level greater than zero at the time we receive payment from your referral.
6) Services provided by marsasurf.com are ‘as-is’ and may be discontinued at any time. It is our intention to continue indefinitely, but factors beyond our control, such as legislation, drops in membership, or technology issues may result in discontinuation of the program.
7) You may include your own websites on our rotation of sites , but it must meet the following criteria. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your site and/or account. We will not refund your money, and we will not answer emails relative to this issue.
a) Your site cannot have code which will cause it to break out of our surf bar frame.
b) No pop-ups, pop-ins, redirects, rotators, messages, scripts, downloads, errors, dialog boxes, malicious code, or anything which would interrupt our automatic page rotation or harm our customers computers.
c) No inappropriate, illegal, adult, or violent content; no text or other material that might cause a reasonable person to be offended.
d) No broken, under construction, or slow to load web pages.
e) A free membership entitles you to include 1 site in our rotation, a paid membership entitles you to advertise as many as 5 sites.
Non-complying sites (or entire accounts) will be suspended or deleted and all credits and earnings lost, without notice. We will not respond to questions about such sites or accounts.
8) Accounts which are inactive for 10 days are subject to deletion.
9) Bounced email is cause for deletion of your membership. You may change your email address as needed by selecting the edit button on your membership page.
10) You may upgrade your account at any time by paying $1.00 per upgrade unit. Each upgrade unit is valid for 100 days, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings. You may upgrade in units of $1.00, to a limit of $1,000. You may not use your earnings to buy an upgrade, unless you have earned enough for a payout
11) Only one account per person,only one person may surf on the same computer at the same time. This means that referred family members may use the same computer, but never at the same time.
12)You agree to receive emails from marsasurf.com Marketing and Administration, as well as your upline and downline members.
13) Your personal information will not be shared with anyone.
14) You are encouraged to promote marsasurf.com in a legal and ethical fashion. The following actions will result in termination of your account, loss of earnings and credits, and/or prosecution:
a) making false representations to lure new members b) using any form of SPAM or UCE, including bulk email or posting to forums, lists, or newsgroups where such postings are not welcome
15) You agree to hold the operators and members of marsasurf.com blameless in all matters.
16) You agree not to attempt fraudulent payments, not to attempt charge backs, and not to cancel payments.
17) You agree not to engage in conduct which will undermine the success of this program. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to:
a) filing complaints with service providers or authorities
b) spreading negative opinions
18) In the event of a dispute with marsasurf.com, you accept that marsasurf.com is the final arbiter in all disputes, and their rulings are final.
19)We at marsasurf are doing all our best to make this surf a great program for everyone. But we are humans and we can fail. We should never be considered responsibles for any losses due a failure of the program. We have a good long term business plans, so the risk are minimum, but please DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP WHAT YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE!
